MWTK What have you found whilst cleaning your room/house/car

Tonight I was cleaning my room, been putting it off for a while now by going out on rides which I cant do atm.

Anyhoo, I found a computer monitor, dont even remember buying it, so now I am setting up a triple display desktop.

So, what have you guys found whilst cleaning your room/car/house?

$70, it wasnt mine. Probably from a drunk friend i gave a lift home once. I dont know which friend so it was mine from then on

$5.80 in 5c coins, added them to the rest of the collection. Its about $70 bucks now.

Other than that nothing really interesting or post worthy

Helping some friends clean up for party at a house in Mt Hawthorn in the early eighties, we found two bottles of red wine under the house. Cracked them that evening, one was crap but the other was O.K. My mate and I shared it after it had breathed a bit, took turns having swigs straight from the bottle till it was gone. Penfolds Grange Hermitage 1968 is a good 'un.

Same house a few months later and two weeks after the federal police had searched the place we emptied a box that had the beans from a bean bag emptied into it and had sat in a corner for a month and an ounce of wacky weed fell out. The boys wondered where that one had ended up. Proceeded to burn the evidence over the next few days.

i knew i had a couple of hundred in coins in my room, but when i counted it to cash it in after a couple of years, it turned out to be $1500. pretty stoked about that.

Another money one, I used to deliberately stash money in old wallets so that one day i would come across it again and score big time. Loved finding those wallets.

My then girlfriend found some panties with a post-it stuck to them saying "call me" with a number.

    Led to some awkwardness.
    I tried being reasonable.
    I didn't like it.

wish I could have said it was from cleaning my room but it wasn't. But anyway a few yrs ago I had this big winter jacket hadn't worn it since the winter before.

So anyway I am out one day and could feel something poking me in the boob and thought what the hell is that totally forgot about the hidden pocket so put my hand in to find $500 rolled up in there.

Couldn't believe I put that money in there and forgot about it needless to say I paid a couple of bills and spent the rest on me.

Once when I was a kid, I did a massive clean up and reorganise of my room. I found a necklace that had been missing for years, that I still wear to this day.

Money in jacket pockets, found every winter.

Found a dessicated mouse once, that was gross.

In my car, in one of the compartments I hardly use, found a wooden monkey and a screwdriver. Was slightly weird.

I was looking for something in the back of Mr. Cat_Monkey's car the other day and had a minor hissy fit because it was so disguistingly dirty..

    I found:
    10+ beer bottles
    10+ juice/coke bottles
Old KFC chip wrapper and burger wrapper
    Old Jesters chip wrapper
An old handbag of mine I forgot I left there
    Fire Extinguisher
    about $10+ in coins
.. and a pair of female shoes that aren't mine.

In the seat pocket of a second hand car I bought I found a WWII era bayonet with a 2 foot blade. Some serial killer has been wondering where he left that....
