Right of way goes to any chick that is good at maths and who isn't an dumb.
Ok, wtf is the green car meant to be playing at?
Given the (apparent) lack of a give way sign, I would assume yellow to have the clear passage to turn left.
However, I was always instructed, give way to your right in uncontrolled intersections.
That being said, I wouldnt, as the red car, pull in front of the yellow car assuming they where stopping for me.
If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

I Jamahl. I is taxi driver.
I has right of way, whether you know it or not.
(Got my insurance renewal the other day... $4,320 for a $13,500 car. With full no-claim bonus, $2,000 excess, no crashes, etc. One third the car value. That's how often these guys crash.)
One owner. Only driven gently on Sundays. Sold to best offer. First to see will buy. Reward offered for safe return. Coming soon to a cinema near you. Available for a limited time only.
My waterbed broke this morning. Oh, I don't have a waterbed. Bugger.

Doesn't count - was entirely the other guy's fault. My premium last year was $4,330, and $4,320 for this year - $10 less but $1,500 less coverage (ie was $15,000 for the car, now it's $13,500).
Got another option to pursue, which might be around $1,000 cheaper. Still a shitload of money though.

Ahh good that it doesn't affect your premiums, I suppose 3rd party wouldn't be any cheaper since the accident risks are so high, pretty raw deal since you could upgrade your car every few years with what you're paying out if you kept your current record.
Do you remember the good old days before the internet?
when arguments were only entered into by the physically or intellectually able.

Yeah, I could go with third-party only and save enough dollars to buy a replacement car every three years. Or, buy one with finance, use it as a personal car and pay off the car loan with the insurance savings.
I probably would have done that this year if it wasn't for February's crash.

I've always thought that was a pretty useless rule that has so many exceptions as to make it unworkable. For example, what about here?

If there's a car turning right from the side road on the left of the picture, and there is a car turning right from the top (i.e. from the dual carriageway) then they meet in the middle where you can see the "tracks" cross. The car turning out of the side turning has to give way, even though he's on the right of the other car at an uncontrolled intersection with no markings.

The car on the continuing road has right of way.
Simple.
The given scenario by maxo is seen as complex as both cars are leaving the same road, and entering the same road.
If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
Yes, it's not really as ambiguous as Maxos, I'm just pointing out that the give way to the right rule is over ridden, as it often is, making it not much use.
OT for Maxos example I'd tend to treat the slip that the yellow (IIRC) car is on as a continuation of the main road, so in the absence of give way markings at the end, he has ROW. In other words it's the same as if they had turned left directly off the main road with no slip (simple T junction). Fuck knows what the green car is doing, they appear to have demolished a load of bollards in their effort to avoid going into the Hillary's marina car park.

To be fair, considering the number of kays you guys do vs everyone else in terms of $ per km travelled (more kays = more exposure) its probably somewhere in the ball park.
I gather that being a company car, its a tax deduction too...
Not saying it isn't a shitload of money, but at least you've got a couple of breaks there.

the give way to the right rule doesn't mean give way to a car on your right. It means give way to a car on a ROAD to your right.
ie. the yellow car does not give way to the red just because the red car is positioned to its right!
If the slip lane had one of those little islands at the end of it, it technically becomes its own little road, THEN the yellow car would give way to the red.
Anyway, doesn't apply here- it's a T-junction! And the road on the right of pic has give way markers painted on it.
one thing- what's that where the green car came from? Another parallel roadway?
Just looked at it on streetview- green car's track doesn't compute- it's driven thru bollards... or maybe that's what happened???
