I refer to my bike as a girl, for example "yea she's running cleaner now", and Aji refers to her bike as a bloke.
I want to know if rider sex has an effect on the chosen sex of the bike. Hopefully the poll will show a trend.
I'm a Male and my bike's a Female
I'm a Male and my bike's a Male
I'm a Female and my bike's a Male

I'm asexual and my bike is a hemaphrodite
In life you only get one lap, might as well make it a good one.

Used to be a girl but just had a sex change and it is a boy(I painted from red/pink to black )
Voted neither. I will refer to it as "she" sometimes but I don't really assign a gender to a bike.
"she's fixed up"
"it's fixed up"
Whatever comes out...
My girl is really loud when I ride her.![]()
My bike's called Bruce. As in Bruce Banner.
Feels good man.
mine is names after a friends hot older sister so she is obviously a female...i like riding her![]()
She. I either refer to something I own as it or she. Ingrained sexism and homophobia the most likely cause.![]()
I refer to my bike as a "he" and my partners bike as a "she". My partner refers to all bikes as "she" why?? I have no idea but am told it is a boy thing?
Hai!! Ninja Gatto!!Was never here......
Like polony said, mine's a "he".
I'm sure when I get a more pretty one I'll be happy to call it a "she", but right now it's more of a banged up John Rambo than a pretty woman.
Plus, this way when it starts acting up I can tell it to quit being a wuss![]()
My bike is the Blue Bullet - if anything it would probably be a 'she', but as a heterosexual female, I'm ok with that. My car is a he, his name is Xavier. I don't think it is anything to do with the sex of the rider - more to do with the type of bike. But maybe guys have more of a problem with riding a 'male' bike?
My bikes Yellow so definitely a she i would find it wierd calling a Yellow bike male.
Its just a fuckin bike
A big fast one
If anything it is a IT
