Spray Painting Advice

Hello Everyone

Once again I am using the amazing resource that is the PSB community!

I recently had a small prang in my 07 VW Polo GTI. Not too bad, just some marking to the front bumper and a small mark on the drivers door. I do however have to replace the front right quarter panel. This shouldnt be too hard to do (famous last words) but I need some spray painting advice.

1. I know its like asking how long is a piece of string but is there a std rate for painting, i.e. anyone have any ideas how much i should budget for (i am sourcing and replacing the damaged panel myself). Its factory paint so I dont know if it would be hard to match.
2. Can anyone recommend a good spray painter in Malaga (I work there so purely for convenience).

Im a bit limited for time which is why I havent had any quotes at this stage.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
