SWTK: What is the secret pocket at the bottom of my fluoro vest for?

Just got some swish new fluoro vests to wear at work when we venture into the warehouse. They are the very nice reversible fleece lined ones, great for those hot summer days!

Now they all have a slot at the bottom of the back which is stuck together with velcro no one at work can figure out what it is for, it leads to nowhere, just the no mans land between fleece and fluoro inside the jacket and is about 25cm long.

We have had suggestions of attaching to clothing to stop arse cracks being on show and a place to hide lollies... obviously we are a sensible bunch

no idea... was a little concerned when i learnt that some SRH hoodies have a pocket about 3x3cm in the seam of the sleave, right at your wrist, and the zipper is even hidden from sight. yeah, try guess what thats for.
