I have been using "Sms pup" for a couple of years now. You need to fill in some surveys to get credit, the more you fill out the more credit you
get.
Or you can buy credit. Great service, never let me down. Sends sms within a couple of minutes.

Try your mobile phone providers website. You might find a page there where you can send web based sms's to mobiles off your credit...
