    my first baby.jpgWell hello.
    Im a new member to PSB. I'd like to just say that I think the road help assistance forum is so cool, I've been reading a few of them and it's good to know ppl r out there helping others. All I can say is, what goes around, comes around. I don't know much about this sort of thing yet but I am a nurse and I would help anyone, anywhere who I see have an accident.

    I hear about the nasty accidents but I decided to work in Mental Health, help all the unstable (lots of depression etc after those injuries tho) less blood, vommit and gore in Mental health but even still lots of people try to do themselves in. So catch 22.
