Just a quick note to say hi and introduce myself. I got my R class licence mid December and Hubby got me my bike for Christmas!! Big surprise! Anyway we are both keen to meet new people to ride with so I look forward to getting to know some of you through the site and hopefully meet sometime in the future.

Hey there , welcome and grats on the new bike. Wish I could get my wife into riding would make it so much easier. I almost got divorced over getting my licence and buying a bike. Im gonna stuggle to get her to let my upgrade in a year when i get my open licence.

Wow thats pretty full on almost getting divorced over riding! Didn't take much convincing for me to learn to start learning, then again its probably in the blood as my dad has always ridden

What els have I ridden? Not a whole lot really. First bike was 07 Virago. Learnt on that as well as the instructors Scorpio 225. Then rode Suzuki GS500 to get my open class. I've had a few little rides on hubby's Suzuki Boulevard but its a little heavy for my liking.
