Hey Emma,
WELCOME, Im sure your other half will agree it's easy peasy getting your r-e licence, just get in as many k's as you can on your Ls, ride at your own level don't exceed your comfort zone, remember they will wait for you. And choose an instructor that you feel comfortable with to do some lesson's with, i did a few with Gordz i think he is based i Rocko. Excellent guy, relaxed, professional, knows what he's talking about and got me through my test with a totally clean sheet.

yeah 250 .. but a bigger style one sat on a gpx and felt very uncomfortable .. so sad they wont let me start on a busa lol

hey i've got a honda hornet for sale check out the photo's in the for sale section. looks bigger due to the fat tyres, 180 rear and 130 front. pretty quick (for a 250) rev's hard, corners just lovley plenty of grip, disc brakes front and rear and cheap to insure as has no plastic. let me know what you think. cheers garth

bigger 250s with plastic.. try the Ninja250 or maybe even the Hyosung. Both are fairly decent size.

hehe desmo .. getting there . as to wanting a bigger bike with plastic i am only 5'2 and dont really wanna have to stuff around with having things lowered and such .. the hyo's are a nice looking bike but cant put my feet down .. will probably wait till we move to get a bike now unless something really special pops up :-)
