2001 its my old track bike, done it fully up for road use in mint condtion, but was purchased as a repairable, i used it for track untill i came off again. turns out i slightly bent the frame (didnt realise) but was spotted for the pre pitts assesment. so all parts are almost new its just that the frame has a slight twist in it unnoticable to the naked eye :C but yea ...

Ah, yeah not much good to me then. I'm on the hunt for some cheap black plastics for an 07 after a 60k/hr lowside in Victoria.

Riding too fast for an unknown bit of road, came around a tight left, hit a bump then some dodgy patch work as I tried to go for the right and lost the front.

haha i smashed my 2006 hyo doing the exact same thing. except i came around a left corner and it had gravel spilt all over the road, just lost all control. i think in my inexperence back then i touched front break in panic. learnt that lesson very fast ill tell ya that much haha

in the uk if you can prove its not your fault but the road surfaces fault you can make a claim to the road council, dont know if you can do it here? but my mum when into a pot hole in the road and broke her rim they fixed it as there was no signs up or anything for the repairing that was going on :/

No idea really. I didn't panic or hit the brakes, I was a bit too committed and it just didn't stick when I tried to take the right. The damage is just cosmetic and to be fair, It has had a hard life (and will continue to) with country running and track days so brand new fairings would be a bit like giving strawberries to pigs. I'm just going to wear this one, chalk it up to experience, replace what is cracked with some second hand bits and keep on going
