Hi all,

I've been a member for a short while now and have finally decided to put pen to paper... sort of

My old mate Gryphen put me onto this site and clued me up for the bikini wash (thankyou, thankyou, thankyou) and it was a great day with great bikes, great music, great atmosphere and VERY tidy bikini girls...

...although a couple "sort of" looked like blokes in bikini's but whatever!!

My ride is a red '98 VFR800 which I have spent heaps on and love. Tigerleo took a nic pic (pic number 129) of the old girl on the day. I've done brakes, suspension, airbox, exhaust, computer etc to bring RWHP to 106 which is respectable for a little 800 (781cc to be precise)

Anyway, G'day, take it easy on the weekend, ride safe compadres.....

I'm a bulimic amnesiac... I binge eat and then forget to throw up!!

Gidday mate, welcome aboard

Any chance of you being an R class shadow? Only ask cos we got a couple of (oh a couple actually ) riders that look like moving into your area and they are both R class <strike>Losers </strike> err learners

Thought for a minute that you were the new guy at work, just went and asked him, he lives in Jane Brook, but he does ride a VFR800 if my memory is working correctly

[font=Comic Sans MS]Hi all,

Welcome. Awesome bikes those 98-01 VFRs - I owned one myself. Seamless power anywhere from idle to redline. 106hp might not seem like a lot these days when 600s boast such figures (or more) - but the midrange of the VFR will leave any 600 gasping for breath!

It's a shame Honda never thought to fit that engine into a full-on sportbike. (Yeah, yeah, I know they had the RC45 - but I'm thinking of an affordable bike!)

Many thanks,

I've reading the forums for a while but have been to slack to contribute and have seen that PSB is made of of ratbags and nutbags so this suits me down to the ground!!

Happy to be a shadow if anyone is out Ellenbrook way (this is Gods own country out here, trust me)

Yeah the Viffers are an awesome bike. I've spent $xxx on the bloody thing and it goes, it handles and it stops like a sports bike, it's just a wee bit heavier. It certainly sounds a million times better than any 600 or inline 1000 but maybe I'm biased... I did a fair bit of research on the heritage of the RC and thought it was a good thing. The other thing I like about the Viffer is the upright riding possie... long rides, no busted up wrists, no pins ansd needles oh and the super comfy seat. I'm 6 foot 1 and 215 pounds and my ass needs some comfort riding to Mandurah to see friends and family

I'll have to get onto that VFR forum and check it as I wasn't aware (dunno how the hell I missed that) It's a bit hard to find info on the Viffers, it was hard souping it up as NOTHING is off the shelf but it was still worth it. No offence to any R1 riders but a couple of buds can't keep up with me on the back way to Dwellingup. The Viffer goes hard through the bends, the R1's (maybe its just the owners ) only seem to go hard in a straight line and the chicken strip on their ultra sticky tyres is a tell tale sign, lmao

Anyway, speaking of Mandurah, I'm off down there today as it's the old ducks birthday. The wife and boys don't fit on the bike (well they do but it's a bit uncomfortable on a longish trip) so it'll be a drive today. Not a bad thig as it's gonna be 39 degrees.

Thanks again and take it easy

You had to work on bikini wash day? spewing....

Most of the girls were scrawny underfed little things to be honest but there was one girl with a pink top and cowboy hat on who was "real" She was HOT and apparently one of the regular riders which impressed me. The two blokes in bikini's where funny as hell and kudos to them for dressing up/down for charity

That real girl is Justine. One half of the couple Stoney was refering too that you might be able to shadow
I think you'll find that most girls washing the bikes are members too. I think there was only 2 that werent. PSB is good for more than just bikes

Ah haaaaa... more than happy to be a shadow now although I'm guessing the lovely Justine will be wearing slightly more than bikini wash day

Well I'm impressed that the majority of the ladies there were PSB members. I have a certain preference for ladies with curves (read T & A) so Justine and there was another lovely lady helping her with dark hair and a beautiful smile that was hot too. All the size 4/6 girls were pretty but looked a little undernourished which is the norm. My missus is 38/26/36 which is nice and round... bit like the '98 Viffer, round and happy yet racy all the same

Worked with Kim/Gryph for a short while (not the same department so I didn't have to talk to him too much) but I wised up and moved to a better company, lol
If he reads this he'll probably want to hit me now

hehehehe Aphex and Machast told me last night that I might want to check out this thread - now I know why!

VRF800 I am glad you liked what you saw at the Bikini Day - and yes I do ride bikes (well I try to ride them).

I have GPX250 and an ER6F. About to move to Ellenbrook at the start of March so it would be great to go on a ride some time!!!!!!!

G'day Justine, yes I was impressed with your 'form' on bikini wash day AND you know how to wash a bike. The girl helping you was very lovely as well

You'll like Ellenbrook, nice community, still got a small town feel to it but it's disappearing as we get more and more shops, people, bikes/cars out that way. Now if they'll just hurry the f*ck up and make Gnangara road two lanes <_<

Anyway, if I see a lovely blue eyed blonde on a GPX or ER6F next month I'll wave, toot, crash... you'll know it's me.

If you get passed by a white VS Dunnydore with a sticker that reads 'Hows my driving? Dial 1800-EAT-SHIT' that'll be me

Oh Lord Street needs improving for me!!!!!!! Feel like Grannie/Grandpa drivers live on it.

Well we are moving to Charlotte's Vineyard - and we went for a ride out there Sat night to show a few pps were the house is and when 10 bikes rock up in the neighbourhood - we def got some strange looks!!! poor neighbours - wonder what they are thinking.

Also is you see a Mitsh Challenger with big Perth4x4.net sticker on it - that us too!!!
When we move in we will have to arrange to catch up - we will hopefully have a bit of house warming! Then we will def scare the neighbours!!!!!! hahahahah

Hell yeah, Lord street sucks and they reasonably often put camera's out there for people going towards the Hwy. Luckily I changed jobs late last year and don't go down there anymore, I go down Gnangara (hence me bitching, lol) and Alexander dve which is two lanes all the way now.

Yeah, I can imagine the neighbours when a bunch of hot bikes rock up... there goes the neighbourhood

We live over on Coolamon heights, one street back from the oval, used to live in the Bridges but with two boys we needed a bigger house, bigger car, bigger yard, bigger bank balance

Lemme know when the house warming comes up, happy to make some noise and scare the neighbours, hehehe

Hi ya VFR800

Good to see another VFR owner on board!

I'll have to agree with you about the VFRs, it's not real easy trying to mod them as there doesn't seam to be much stuff on the shelves, especially for older ones like mine!

If you are ever in the saddle visting down Mandurah way, let me know and we may be able to catch up & have a chin wag.

Remember, most people who bag out VFRs are only jealous that we've got a single sided swing arm, and they dont!
One day I hope to be as good a person as my dogs think I am!

Hey Shaynus my fellow VFR compadre, before I welcome you fully let my just say Gryphen PHHHHHHHTTTTTTTTTTTTT

OK, yes the Viffer is a wicked bike and will shitzen on a Kwaka any time of day or night, and sounds a million times better and yes jealousy of the SSS is a curse... hehehe In saying that, welcome Shaynus, I think we have just opened up a can of worms. You might be interested in checking out the Lazareth site if you like custom bikes, there is one particularly hot VFR there (check my avater) as well as countless other awesome modded beasties. Enjoy mate!!
