Hi Steph,

Couple of things:

1) A location in your profile will help people know if they are in a similar area as you and as such feel more inclined to lend a hand.
2) Try as hard as possible to fit in with your shadow, the less you make it feel like they are putting themselves out the more cooperation you will get from them.

Something along the lines of being free Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:30pm onwards in South Perth.

That helps heaps, pretty sure we have a shadow or two over that way, check out the Shadow thread in the Two Fiddy section, and PM (Personal Message) someone that can shadow in the West area.

The next L ride is the 16th - Thursday night, we might be able to get you for the ladies ride tomorrow night if you can make it? We'll have to chase up one fo the lades for you, let me know
