As anybody had dealings with Mach 1 kawasaki midland?
yeah, bought my bike from there. Paul was working there at the time, and he was good to deal with, but he is the dealer principle at Fifth Element in mandurah which is an unrelated store.
I talked to a young lass there recently, testing the W800. She wasn't exceptionally knowledgeable about bikes, but was helpful, and willing to find out any info I asked for.
What are you after?
If it's not too far, I use Wangara mach 1 myself, talk to Jade... he really looks after me in service and price on parts etc.
Or just go to Fifth Element in Mandurah, if you're NOR, itll be worth your time.
They are all about customer service imo.
You laugh at me because I am different,
I laugh at you because you are all the same.
yes i have... good answer?

Sounds like 5th Element is closer to you, what is wrong with the Bunbury Kwaka dealer?? Wasn't too bad when I last had dealings with them?
i've had nothing but good dealings with kawasaki country in bunbury, even down to honouring a gift voucher nearly 2 years out of date when i finally found itthey're a good mob
my last dealing with mach 1 in midland was way too long ago to be valid but it all depends what your priorities are for a dealer interaction, do you want them to follow you around and help you or just let you know that they've seen you and call out if you need them? do good discounts add to the experience for you? or would you prefer that they just provide consistent helpful information and get what you need when you need it?
Do you remember the good old days before the internet?
when arguments were only entered into by the physically or intellectually able.
I have had good dealings with them - mainly just for spare parts like brake rebuild bits / oil filters / oils etc...
Although in general it is cheaper to get most parts from the USA, (not their fault - Kawasaki Aust's overpricing stock).
Had a very negitave experience there three years ago, never been back since, probably never will, same goes for Causeway Kawasaki. Mack 1 tried to rip me off, Causeway treated me like an idiot even though I seemed to be better informed than them about the faults associated with a particular model. I do virtually all my own work so don't rely on dealers thankfully. I notice that all the staff with the exception of the dealer principal at Mack 1 have changed but I do not know if the "culture" of the place has changed.
+1 for Kim Britton though, nice staff & good service.
Nothing wrong with bunbury kwakka though. Nigel and the crew are a good mob to deal with. I would even take my Suzuki to them if I couldn't be bothered servicing it myself.

I've purchased 2 bikes from Mack1 in Midland, and stuck my head in the Wangara store a few times for parts and test rides. I've got no complaints about the service I receive.
In life you only get one lap, might as well make it a good one.
Buy my stuff, everything now half price - http://www.perthstreetbikes.com/foru...woofer-144818/
I work there, love the place, people are great and everyone has a good attitude. No bike shops have a perfect rep, but we get a lot of regular customers so I'm guessing we are doing something right.
