Hello guys, I've been a member since the 6th and since then i've been reading and reading and learning alot
I'm new to the bike seen, I'm currently on my Learner RE license, I never was interested in a bike's and or ridden one, untill i seen a bike in the paper and bought it, had no idea why i bought it though lol..
now i try and ride it every day i can, and love riding, and bought parts online to fix her up a bit haha!

Anyway I live in Townsville over in QLD and i'm 19, I love IT and in my spare time i used to sit on my computer and game/code/research (now i fit, riding bike, and tinkering on her in there lol). I'm an IT-Tech at one of the locals schools.
If anyone wants to show me a few things or wants to go cruising i'd be happy to (I don't know anyone really i'm a bit of a nerd)

anyway my bike is a 1989 Honda CBR250r (MC19)
and i love her with all my heart!

I'm sure there are some Queensland subscribers on here. Perhaps you can tee up a ride with them.

Do you require a shadow (an experienced rider with the same licence class) with you when you ride over there?

I had heard in some states you didn't need to... Perhaps the owner of the other bike in the photo rides with you?

Yes we require a shadow here of a R type license, I've kind of been riding it illegally as I live with my friend and his family, that other bike you can see in the last photo belongs to the dad, and he's an idiot and would never do anything for me so I just go for rides around the neighborhood
Sometimes i get my mate to sit on my ass so no coppers pull me over for a RBT but i've got one month left untill i can get my RE licence, and saving for a lesson, they are really expensive, $650 for a full course including Q-ride
The previous owner lives out of town, so it would be hard to as he's also a family man and i think he just likes bikes, but doesn't go for a long ride's on them.
