My names Em and I'm NOR. One of the few girl riders from NOR, it seems...
Currently on my learners but taking my R-E test real soon in Midland so if anyone has any pointers, that'll be GREAT!
Got myself a black Ninja 250R so hopefully I'll be out riding that instead of driving!!
Hey Em. Did both my tests at Midland and there are no location specific pointers, just stay calm and you will be fine. I suggest an hour lesson before the test in the area you are doing the test, helps a lot.

We are small and exposed, and probably moving too fast for our own good, but that's no reason not to enjoy every minute of the ride.

Welcome along.
As already mentioned, get some time up in the area first. I found it helped to go for a quick ride around the area before the test just to sort out if there were any tricky intersections that weren't as straightforward as most. The familiarity with the area can help calm nerves of not knowing what to expect.

If you have a look in the 250 section, I'm pretty sure there was a detailed write up on the routes and special hazards for doing tests at Midland.

Andymac is correct... Look for the sticky (calm down, boys!) in the 250 section about test help and pointers. I used a fair bit of the detail from the thread for my test in Midland.

As far as pointers go, the best I can offer right now is that you listen carefully to your instructor and then ask them questions for anything you're unsure of.
