New Rider - ZX6RR - Blue Mountians

Hey guys great site , well i just picked up my new (to me anyway) 05 zx6rr. After riding a cbr250 around for a while to get the hang of, i thought it was time to bite the bullet and get a real bike!!! I originally say the bike on eBay and end up picking it up for $4150 .

I cant upload pics for some reason.

Then i had it shipped here which cost $334, pretty good they picked it up on Wednesday and delivered to the depot they have in taren point on Friday!!

Now the interesting bit to get it rego'd it need a blue slip easy enough took to my local mechanic $33 no worries, got a ctp greenslip $250 with Allianz awesome all is going well until i get to the RTA! After 1 hour in line i was told i needed a 'proper receipt' it didnt have hes full address a bit annoying but whatever 30min drive home and back down with the 'NEW' receipt.

Now back another 1 hour wait and get to the counter to be told that the greenslip copy i had wasnt valid and they needed a hard copy long story short i finally got the bike rego'd which surprisingly was only $234 inc stamp duty.

So all up a 2005 zx6r with 10400km and 12 months rego for $5001 , cant wait to take her for a spin once this rain finally subsides!
