Quick Intro from a Noob

Hi PSB

Just picked up a new toy (Suzuki M109R), and thought this might be a good time to join PSB as well. The M109R is a gorgeous beast, and I'm having fun shopping for accessories tonight.


A couple of kids have slowed down the odomoter on the bikes a bit in the past few years, but there's still a Nomad 1600 and a KLR650 lurking in the shed to keep the M109R company.

After family - I love motorcycle touring, preferably to the world's more 'unusual' locations. Over the last few years we have enjoyed Romania to Russia (2009), India/Nepal (2010), Nicaragua/Guatemala/El Salvador (2011), and currently planning a circuit of the Philippines in May 2012. Firmly believe in travelling light, only a tank bag as luggage for anything up to 3 months away.

Anyone else that loves riding through new countries on a bike, please feel free to make contact.

Careful there mate, I took my son for a quick spin round the block at that age. Sat him in front of me on the tank, pulled up in front of the pub as lots of my mates were outside.

As much as i'm not a cruiser person, if anything were to swing me, it would be the m109.
