Spare keys?

My set of keys seem to have gone for another walk b y themselves again. I still have one spare key remaining. To get a second key cut, is it as simple as going to Honda with my remaining key and getting a second one coded to the first? Also if some douchebag did pick up my key and decided to use it on my bike without my knowing could it be pinched?

go to honda and purchase a blank with a transponder (around $90).
go to a key cutting place with your spare and the blank (~$5-$20)
take the bike and both keys to honda and pay for them to code up the key using the old key (coding will erase the lost key) or do the coding DIY style (Add a spare HISS key to your Honda CBR1000RR

Any idea how much it would cost if Honda did everything ie - supplied the blank, cut it and coded the new one and spare one so that the lost one couldnt start the bike?
Last time this happened I only had one key and had to end up getting a new computer - $2000 later. Red hot!

pretty sure they wont cut the blank for you, they don't have those sorts of facilities.
