Link doesn't work for me now. I saw some pics of a supposed 1100 monster and it was a 696 with an 1100DS engine in it. E?DIT: with a single side swingarm from Hypermotard.

yes colour definitely not the best especially for 1st pics
I dont think much of it either and dont like the pipes

hee hee it's progress  You'll get used to it - that old monster was getting a bit long in the tooth.....if it was going for another year or two they could just about put some tassled leather pannier bags and a chrome battery box on it.

I do like the look of the 696 but it has to have the Termi exhaust, I saw the new one at Frasers a few weeks ago, if they make a red 1100 "new" Monster I would be interested as a second bike, but then again I would like a F1, Hailwood,748 tracky ect.....
