Here's most of the damage. This is where the two side fairings meet down the bottom, right behind the front wheel. The long gouges are a good 2 inches in length.

Five weeks on and no movement from the transport company. Consumer Affairs Victoria next I guess and then court. Transporter was Fergusson Transport. I am starting to hear of other bikes damaged whilst in their care.

Having similar issues with toll there was some damage to the goose when it arrived. Put a claim in they found a mysterious bill which apparently we own them athough there is no invoce. Have offered to pay for the bill if damage is repaired (damage estimate was around four times the bill). Deathly silence so far I havn't really started to seriously persure it might be time to do so soonish.
