Which tard are you talking about? Cause I can't do more than 57km/h, especially around turns.

Honestly it's going to come down to the question of whether I'm staying in Perth forever or heading back to the US in December. Right now I'm leaning towards the latter, which would make it pretty idiotic of me to buy another bike over here before that.

I wouldn't be trashing a hypermotard on gravel... but maybe that's just me. If I was going on gravel I would be wanting nobbly tyres not road tyres (altho u can change them over/have a 2nd set of rims). Me thinks if you want to go offroad/on gravel, just get a dirty or a jappa road/trail.
I have thought about a 'tard but I couldn't do justice to it to warrant getting one. I would be wanting to have the skills (or balls) to jump kerbs, roundabouts etc - If I could do that, I would get one, like yesterday.

Haha yeah I've actually thought about just leaving the 848 with someone instead of shipping it back, but I'm usually drunk when I think about that. I already contacted the shippers to get a quote to get it back to the US

Good point about the knobby tires... I like the idea of trashing an expensive italian motorcycle off-road.

yet you're worried about taking a superbike to a racetrack where it belongs? mmmk. Greater chance of binning bike offroad than racetrack
