Have had a look at them for some R6 bits. It looks like to me they are just getting them straight from China, as they are using the same pictures as some of the Chinese manufacturers have used to advertise their goods, rather than an actual picture of the item to be sold.
This doesn't necessarily mean thet the goods will be bad, just a heads up.
It took them 2 weeks to get back to me with an email enquiry I sent through ebay......

ok, so here they are:
eBay Australia Shop - CruiserBackrest Harley backrest sissybar sissy bar liners:
they sell CF by Bestem:
Ducati motorcycle carbon fiber parts - Bestem Powersports Australia

Not quite accurate.
Cruiserbackrest is a US Ebay Member.
Each of those goes to an item for sale on Ebay.com, not ebay.com.au.
In addition, the parts that are being sold come from Bestem USA - Bestem Powersports, not Bestem Powersports Australia.....
And if you look at the pictures, they are exactly the same between the two. Looks like they now have an Australian warehouse.
Given the feedback through ebay, give them a go. Go for something small and cheaper, so what the quality is like, and then go from there....

i dont quite understand, i bought a chain guard from them (just something small to start off) and it was posted to me from within australia. Indeed, the item was listed as being shipped from Sydney.
I assume the stuff is manufactured in US but they've got a warehouse in Sydney.

I think that stuff is actually manufactured in China, if you listen to the hearsay around the place. Same as the stuff from CarbonDude/CarbonBikes. My 999 has a carbondude clutch cover (was on it when I got the bike) and it seems to be okay. EDIT: It's a bit crapy - air bubbles around the bolt holes, cracks. Looks okay from three metres away but on closer inspection.....eeep.
I think the quality might be variable as some people have bought stuff and it has been substandard. Depends on the parts you're getting I suppose and the complexity of manufacture.
If the parts from these places are made in China, where does the carbon fibre itself come from? I thought only DuPont make it?

I think some of them use kevlar instead of carbon fibre and cheap resins. but they are much cheaper.
There are two questions in life.
1:Which way do I go
2:Whats the lap record.
Carbonworld.de have good quality stuff.
Anyone have any current opinions on bestem carbon fibre parts? I am looking at getting a carbon fibre front mudgard for the 675 and they appear to be half as much as the OEM CF as well as Geelong Carbon.
In the same boat as Cruiser Backrest.
