Has anybody got a good solution for the auto flicking sidestand other than murdering (beheading) the sidestand bolt?
As soon as one touches the bike the stand flicks in.
In one way a good thing , but I like it to stay out untill I am ready to flick it in.

    Replace bolt with normal one.

This is a very wanted bike, I believe,
The layout tank and fairing look very similair to the 900ie which is not that popular.
    funny world we live in.
This one is at the moment on evilpay 25K pounds and not met reserve!!

Only 60 or 70 bikes made race version only same designer not sure why everyone wanted this and the 900ie wasn't so well received admittedly I thought the older shape was a better all round road bike. Some people just don't like change the designer is working for Moto Guzzi / Aprilia now.

Funny that "Older bike is a better road bike",as a few older carbie 900SS owners have had a ride on mine and even without any sorting of the suspension, all say it is much smoother than theirs!
Never mind I like the look and the way it putters around.
And, that is all that matters.
p.s. I like the slots in the side!! and the CF front, the rear seat, the double exhaust.
It is a nice looking bitta kit, but expensive/exclusive!
