Wasn't the one that ties the linkage to the shocky was it![]()

My Dad collected his 1199S from Frasers yesterday!
Well, it sounds un-fukn-real...
Even with the stock pipes, its loud, snarly and angry as fook.
Dont think he took it past 6k rpm either.
Awesome lookin & soundin machines!
Just gotta steal the keys now...

pre delivery, ur paying for it............... its when you use a spanner, and test bolts for tightness,.....by feel...........;-)
Base - Couldn't justify the 'cost vs. benefit' of the S (not to say that others can't). I got Anthony to stick me in the queue on the Easter weekend.
You will love it, and there can be no doubt of that. The quick shifter is the best I've used but it's the lack of weight that really surprised me.
The change in throttle response in the different modes is also fantastic. The only downside which is frankly unavoidable is the heat... it is going
to cook thigh meat in summer.
Anyway, I'm out racking up kays every night this week to get it up to the first service, because it's going on a 1500 kilometre jaunt down south
in a couple of weeks (rain, hail or shine).
Spiral out, keep going...
*!*!*!*!**!*!*!
I received "THE CALL" from Fraser today!!!! so excited!!!

so interesting to see what people are getting fuel wise with the 1199?

One owner. Only driven gently on Sundays. Sold to best offer. First to see will buy. Reward offered for safe return. Coming soon to a cinema near you. Available for a limited time only.
My waterbed broke this morning. Oh, I don't have a waterbed. Bugger.
somewhere between not much and SFA is my bet ;-)

And as near enough to who gives a shit.
Hopefully nobody has bought one for the fuel economy
A vespa would be a better option than a superbike![]()
Do you remember the good old days before the internet?
when arguments were only entered into by the physically or intellectually able.
