    Interesting link up between Ducati and Mercedes-AMG. Wonder whether we are going to see Ducati sold at Merc dealerships?

    Trying understand why an interesting link up.

    One is a German car manufacturer. One Italian bikes.

    Is it cos they were on the same side during the war?
    Is it cos they are both aspirational brands?
    Is it cos Chrysler own Mercedes, Fiat own 55% of Chrysler, and Fiat is Italian?

    I would have thought a more appropriate link up would be with Ferrari, or Mazzer?

    Yep - I suspect we're going to see a whole group of aftermarket bikes from AMG - presumably directed against BMW
