Flywheels torque and old bikes

Think these were rated for a whole 4 hp but enough stored energy in the flywheel to keep it running at low idle speeds.

Yeh, if u have a big enough flywheel and enough energy is stored in it, u can keep the bike running.

My dad had a 50cc bike like 20 years ago, but it had a big flywheel, so he used to pop wheelies when grabbing second

Big round silver and red thing on the LH side of the bike is the flywheel they couldn't fit it on the inside of the motor so they put it on the outside .

I think I saw that same flywheel on a Hobart meat slicer.

Oh yeah ND do you remember that AMCN magazine (April edition) from years ago that had the revolutionary Deng Energy 650? LOL!

A beautifull gentleman's racer of day's gone past, on display at the Perth foreshore a few years ago.
14th 0f November 2004 to be precise.
I do play with my stationairy engines and they have HUGE flywheels plus deliver their top power of say 6 or 10HP at 600rpm which is max revs.
But the HP's are clysedails horses and not shitland ponies in torque department
