G'day ladies and gents,

Was just wondering if any one of you MI type folk could inform me of any good servicing agents/mechanics for my S2R Monster. It is due for 10,000k service and I was not happy with the dealers service at 1,000. I live down Mandurah way so something close would be nice.

Thanks in advance...

Pedro

What weren't you happy with?[/b]

The fact that they did not do a good job and bike was not running right just days after it left shop. when I informed them of this they said to wait till next service to rectify....

Ok...well I don't know where you took it but I assume it was the shop you bought it off.

My S4R gets serviced at Frasers and I have never had a problem with their servicing and they have looked after me on my warranty claims.

So I recommend them.

Morrie Cantarella, M-Tune (sorry haven't got contact info)

Morry Canterella now works for Motorcycles Plus in Kewdale, 93534567 and is as good as they come when it comes to things red and rattley.

I can't vouch for the other guys but I have definately heard heaps of good stuff about Justin at Pro Twins.

I also have heard about Justin at ProTwin as being very good, he's ex-VeeTwo I believe.

Andy at Eurocycle is excellent and will do his utmost to ensure you are happy. He is in Vic Park though (94705086) and the other drawback is that he only works 4 days a week (but will hang around after hours if required)....... a few times I've seen DOCWA members there receiving assistance.

I had a friend who lived in Perth a few years ago (had a 900SS) and insisted Wayne Patterson in Bunbury was the "only" decent Ducati mechanic in WA. That was a while ago though, I've never been there myself, and I am sceptical about the nature of their relationship! (No offence intended Wayne...... once started he wouldn't stop about you!)

As long as the tech working on your bike is trained to work on that model.

Justin and Morrie both do excellent work.

my 900ss is at pro-twin now getting a service and a few others bits done, i mentioned the seat was getting a bit hard on the upper legs after a few hours on it [her] and justine knows a trimmer and thats getting sorted at the same time....

thats service.
Oopsie, I stood a little to close to the general public last night, and now my clothes smell of cigarettes, vodka and shame.

the bikes all done and collected, runs like a swiss watch ! the re-trim job on the seat is done to a very high standard, another big thumbs up to justin and mitch at pro-twin.

Yep, another BIG thumbs up for Justin at Pro Twin in Malaga.

He's the man that does all the work on my bike.
