The 1100 sports had the same body work with the two valve motor the 1100i's (injected) were around 18k new at the same time.

Same tank and front fairing, different rear end/tail lights. Daytona rear end is more box shaped. Or at least some of them....

Edit: Different headlight too I think.

The earlier Daytona 1000's and Daytona Racings had different fairing tail sections etc etc. The last of them the Daytona RS has the same body work as the 1100 sports as it worked a lot be visually IMO anyway. Considering the 1100 sport came out in 1994 it was pretty radical, just another Italian company released a bike that changed the way bikes looked and were designed right up until the present at the same time.

Some one the other day asked me to come and see him when I wanted to sell the MGS I hope he isn't holding his breath on that one. Considering in the last seven or so years I've owned four bikes, three of them I still have!
