Ducati Introduces Three Versions of New Multistrada 1200 in Milan

    I like the new look.
(although I still maintain the old one is cool, in an ugly way)

Kind of reminds me of a Tiger Mixed with a V-Strom... Only uglier. I'm curious as to how the Australian version would look. Surely that bizarre hugger isn't going to be used here, so perhaps a large shovel.

I like the old one better on looks if only because of the more retro look.

Some BMW's had the same type of hugger thing to pass ADR's

    yeah... nah.

Bit suprised they put a 1198 engine down there instead of their usual underpowerd air cooled ones. A step foward.

I like everything about this bike except the front air intakes and the fact that it only has a 20 ltr fuel tank. The front end is bloody terrible. I am not sure if I rate it as fugly as the old one.

Big ticks for the 150hp engine, ABS, DTC, DES, 3 map motor, centre stand, panniers, heated hand grips, adjustable screen and Ohlins adjustable suspension.

Biggest question left is, how much?

..... and will they fix the front end?

Any bike intended for off road use should be light and compact - this monstrosity is neither.
