    next years desmoquattro's

    reckon we'll see traction control on the base 1198 and 848 given ducati statement about fitting tc to just about all of there bikes?

    Since when did they start putting desmoquattro motors back into the current superbikes? They haven't done that since the 996R. The current generation from the 998 to present are testastretta motors (yes they do have four valves per head, but a different head design).
    Probably won't happen next year as they are releasing the smaller hypermotard and the streetfighter is classed as an 2010 model.

    Next years ('10) 1198S demo from the US. looks like just a colour change. One of their demo bikes is fitted with carbon dymags though. That would be nice as standard!

    No you do know your stuff being close to the action.
    There has been a topic before where the bikes were shown with info of this feature in Germany or somewhere where there was a big show.
