Is someone selling their MV collection, or is this a scam?

Had a look around but couldn't see anyone else mentioning this:

On Bikesales, there are 5 MVs for sale in WA, all stored from new. Includes a Tamburini and a couple of Sennas.

Not sure that I would want to pay $77k for the Tamburini, especially as it is listed as an all terrain vehicle
