Yet again Casey lets himself down by not making the effort to go to the post race interview its not everyday that someone wins 100 Gp race's
If he's got the strength to finish the race shake the champaign it wouldn't of killed him to go and recognise the milestone that Rossi reached and congratulate him where we can all see and hear...
rather than running of to the the nurse "cause i a dicky stomach"

yeah his wrist must be really fucked, no heart at all to go the last few yards of podium with some effort and after race interviews. Took his ball and went home.
What a girl! He's not really portraying the true aussie spirit at the moment is he?
Havent watched the race yet, for some reason i thought it was tomorrow night, but im not gonna have a hissy fit cause it's my problem that i missed it!

theyre playing it agin on ten at like 630,
but hey cassey congratulated rossi on the track after the race i dont see
y the special need ofr him to got to the pressconfrence just for that, (now i
dont consider myself a cassey fan but..) you dont know wat is happening with him,
he look out an out fuked after catalunya, how would you like it if you had a major
cold/flu/injury/wateva and somone told you your not working hard enough and to get some cement
So he's well enough to race a motogp race but not to sit down and answer a couple of questions DC?

he was the first bloke to congratulate rossi so that says alot. not even lorenzo said well done until the bikes were parked. there is no need for him to congratulate him again on tv for your amusement. on another not that was a great ride buy rossi. lorenzo was quick but the doctor showed him who is boss. some great pictures on the banner the fans brought out too. and the 125's had a great race once again!

For the second race in succession Casey Stoner was totally physically exhausted after finishing in third place at Assen, but it is hoped he will be fit to ride properly next weekend.

The Ducati Marlboro team have been doing everything they can to help Australian former World Champion Casey Stoner recover from what appeared to be severe exhaustion following the race at the Alice TT Assen.
Like at Barcelona Stoner crossed the line third behind championship rivals Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo, though on this occasion he was even more run down than at Catalunya, unable to attend post-race media briefings and receiving treatment from Clinica Mobile staff in his motorhome.
Ducati’s MotoGP Project Director Livio Suppo spoke to motogp.com on Saturday afternoon in the Netherlands, saying, “There is something wrong with Casey’s condition and we are trying to understand what is wrong and trying to help. What we have done so far is not enough and we have to investigate more. Dr Claudio Macchiagodena from Clinica Mobile has done a lot to help after the race and he has some ideas for Laguna so let’s just hope.”
Stoner was quoted by Ducati as stating, “I’ve been feeling fine all week but started to feel run down again on Friday and I’ve just got worse as the weekend has gone on. I’ve taken every kind of supplement and vitamin tablet you can think of but nothing seems to have worked, so it is obviously something we need to have looked at closer because I can’t keep going like this and it is costing us points.”
“Thankfully I had a fantastic bike underneath me again today and I owe the team for that. A big thank also to Dr Macchiagodena and our physiotherapist Freddie (Dente), who took good care of me both in Catalunya and here. Unfortunately we don’t have much time to get fit for Laguna but we’ll see what we can do.”
Sounds like that is exactly what he needs..how would you like it if you had a major
cold/flu/injury/wateva and somone told you your not working hard enough and to get some cement
Give him a break - he was taken to hospital afterwards wasn't he. If its Glandular fever he may not even race again this year - hopefully it isn't. How many riders at Wanneroo and other race tracks around the world pull out of doing the full number of races because they were knackered. And I'm not criticising them, I'd do the same if I was so knackered I wasn't in full control of the bike and therefore dangerous to myself and others. It shows some guts and fortitude to muscle a GP bike around a course and still finish in the top three when you are sick.
Fucking easy to sit back and sling shit. Maybe we shouldn't sling shit at anyone till we've walked in their shoes.
