Very nice pics. What lens are they taken with??
This department requires no physical fitness program, as everyone gets more than enough exercise jumping to conclusions, flying off the handle, running down the boss, dodging responsibility, and pushing their luck.

These are taken with a Canon 100-400mm L lens, the body is a 7D, which gives you a decent crop. If I had a full frame camera (1D) I'd have to fork out a fortune on a bigger lens.

V V These are the photo's I've been waiting for the past 2 years to get. So glad they turned out ok.

Its the one angle I noticed the pro's weren't using.

    Stoner drifting into turn 3.

Great shots. You get a much better sense of the slip angle Stoner is getting with those shots. Thanks!
Remember half the cagers out there are below average drivers...

did they *let* you take your 100-400mm in just as a spectator?
i thought they would have had some rule about max throw for lenses, like 200mm or something?

They say that in the ticket T&C's but they let anyone take anything they like in.

Cheers John, this was taken from my grandstand seat, block D row B seat ....27 . I made sure I had a seat where there was no one next to me on the right side.

I shoot in Jpeg Gordon, then change to RAW in photoshop bridge if I need to do any PP.

99% of the blackies laid in that corner were Caseys, he was also the only rider to leave a blackie INTO the corner.

^^ Ooops, running a bit wide there, better tighten it up a bit. Can't be losing precious thousandths.

When I saw this one all I could think of was him going "WTF is with this front-end?"
