Pics dont seem to wanna work. Is it just me?

It's scary when you stop and think for a moment. The most astounding thing is my initial reaction was "yup, that looks fairly standard"
In life you only get one lap, might as well make it a good one.

He doesn't seem to get along with typical physics too well. That's amazing.
too much knee on the ground lifts weight off the tyres, smart man using his elbow for a more gentle gauge of how far he's got it over![]()
Do you remember the good old days before the internet?
when arguments were only entered into by the physically or intellectually able.
I find it more amazing how far his body is off the bike and how low his head is. That takes some serious fitness and control.

Makes us mere mortals look like slack arse's who don't get off their bike.

Have a look at the motoGP BBC coverage of the Czech grand prix this year. I'd post the bit I mean here if I could but you can get it easily online.
In the pre-race show, around the 9:10 mark, they show Stoner taking a corner like this at 1000 fps. You can see him having to tuck his elbow out of the way of the ripple strip.
Then they show an animation of it with the angles of both the bike (52 deg) and Casey (79.6 deg).
Impressive doesn't even start to cover it.
This one?
To make matters more insane, in the top photo he seems to be getting that insane lean angle with the harder compound rear tyre.

This department requires no physical fitness program, as everyone gets more than enough exercise jumping to conclusions, flying off the handle, running down the boss, dodging responsibility, and pushing their luck.

The cool thing is that we can all replicate the second shot. Just lay on a corner somewhere, then get your mate to gently place your bike on top of you, take the picture, done!

You could be onto something there. Make up a padded frame that will support a bike tipped over at 60 degrees. Put rider on and take photo. Blur wheels and tyres in photoshop. Voila! Set up a stall at the next track day and suddenly everyone is getting their elbow down.

Call me a Stoner Boner, but I love seeing slow motion footage of Casey on that bike. The redbull 1000fps is insane. He does not move.
EDIT: Yeah he does. Which I guess is more impressive. The corrections that are made in that instant, at that speed is phenomenal.
PS: Looks like they got to a certain point, froze Casey, animated the track behind him for a bit, then resumed footage. Slippage on the rear is awesome too
