Pedrosa was already back for practice at Phillip Island. he didn't race, but he did race last weekend at Estoril. he was hitting it up with the top 5 as well.

i think he still wants that 2nd place in the championship.

i was hoping rossi would win this one and finish spectacularly before defecting to ducati.... but was an awesome race and glad to see stoner put up such a brilliant fight.. was an awesome race..

That was a great race, and Lorenzo was fantastic to watch...... roll on next year!

I expected a dull race, but that is the best race of this season, being a Lorenzo fan... seing him start at two, drop to 7, get to 4, almost crash, back to 8 or so, and then get all the way up was brilliant. I hated simoncelli last year (Bautista fan), but I love his style, agreesive, hard to pass, makes for a great show. Great battle for forth with spies getting to the top.

the racing all across the board was great! definately the most exciting round of the season. poor old Nicky was looking pretty frustrated!

the moto2 was great fun too, with Elias smashing out on his shiny, shiny bike with a desperate move. there is something about the last race of the year, when there is nothing to lose, that brings out the best in everyone. this was one of the first rounds where i was wanting to look at the leader(s) of the race, rather than the more interesting battles for 4th or 3rd.

roll on the pre-season testing tomorrow!
