"Once you can have people more frightened of disorder than tyranny, it enables you to do almost anything you like so far as legislation is concerned." Chief Judge Antoinette Kennedy, 26/3/2010.
"The State must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people. As long as the government is perceived as working for the benefit of the children, the people will happily endure almost any curtailment of liberty and almost any deprivation." Adolph Hitler, Mein Kampf

That makes me mad so fucking mad that shit like that can be put in print. this is clearly written bu someone who hasn't lived nor has experienced life and is justifying the lack of meaning in her own life by demeaning what others do to make her self feel better. just because we watch motor sport we contributed to his death fucking bollocks if a sky diver jumps out of a plane we go oh shit bad luck poor fella. if we watched him jump would we some how contribute to his demise or would he have done it anyway. Racers will race weather were there or not.
its written by Jill singer. this response sums it up for me;
Noodles of Melbourne Posted at 8:28 AM TodayJill, some men (and women) love to take risks and do dangerous things. Others like to watch them and applaud their skill and bravery. you could substitute motor racing for aerobatics, free-climbing, big wave surfing or any other 'extreme sport'. I don't see anything hypocritcal in the actions of either the spectator or the performer. I go to the Phillip Island GP each year to watch riders of immense skill ride bikes the way I will never be able to. And guess what - I don't go home dissapointed when no-one dies. But life sure would be safer if we all stayed home wrapped in cotton wool, wouldn't it Jill?
yes.....his father made the comment. Seems there may have been some speculation that this may have contributed to his demise, but Simoncelli Snr states that his son was dead at the point of the first impact on the track.

Yeah he was, His father even saw it happen and has put out a statement saying no hard feelings as it didnt alter the outcome anyway, becasue he was dead on impact.

PS. I really could do that for a living. Sure they call it encouraging robust online discussion, but we know it's inciting flamewars. Either way, it gets the page hits for them
In life you only get one lap, might as well make it a good one.

If she was talking about V8 Bumpercars then maybe. Bike racing is exciting enough on its own without any crashes.
I was the best, you all knew it / on the days I cared at all
You can all say I blew it / you'll be talkin 'bout me for years
I wonder if Jill drove her car to work.. and what her states road toll is.. each fatality glorified on the nightly news.
Thought it was funny to see on Facebook today that Jill singers career has been " retired ".

Epic saggy tits, not pleasant.
She also sounds like a very nice person indeed;
Why would you try and get compensation from work cover for a stroke?Singer isn't feeling too optimistic after losing a WorkCover compensation claim for her disabled partner, Peter Davidson, the Federation Square architect who had a stroke 18 months ago
This is all I wanted to say to her anyway
