good way to retire from motogp and remain in the paddock though.
He could always drop back to it when Moto GP becomes too hard - then dominate it like Elias has done this year.
Good to see him giving something back to the sport.
Hopefully he can mentor some of the younger riders and give them an opportunity that otherwise may not have been available to them.
The younger riders will be all the more better just by being around him.
