Volcanoes aside, 2011 is on.

You know the score by now - cheap flights, swanky accom, sensational food, outrageous antics , climax of the season (Moto2 and MotoGP titles won in front of us 2010) and of course, hangin' wit da best crew in town

There'll be several groups going no doubt, it's no dramas to travel independently and meet up, or hook in with a crew. You can slum it, live like kings, or go somewhere in between. Not exactly hard to find everyone lurking around a bucket of coldies at any given bar, swimming pool, or the back of a taxi

You need a damn good reason not to go.

I have friends in Singapore and am planning to do the F1 then the MotoGP next year depending on timeframe...and the wife

We just came back from Singapore and was spewing... I missed the F1 & MotoGP.

I'm in. Well as soon as I have cleared my living room floor that is now covered in this years shopping. Hopefully I manage to get that done in time

I did 15.7 Kg of bags there and 28.9 Kg (not incl carry-on) coming home. I went from half a case and a MAD Tank to 2 cases, a large RC helicopter, a backpack of carry-on luggage and the MAD Tank. Needless to say I have a fair few new toys to play with !

Heard about your expulsions.

On one of my trips to Thailand i got a little sick. The bloke we were over there to see said just take one of the little yoghurt drinks (like yukhult) when you get up and when you go to bed, that will stop most problems in their tracks. I had been using pills to try and stop the shits and stomach calmers to stop the puking.

So on the last trip i had consumed lots of chilli before going and ended up with liquid acid runs. I drank the yoghurt and was good by the second day and the problem never came back.

Those little drinks are cheap and worth their weight in gold.
