aah, I forgot the race is always a Saturday, thanks for the reminder.

I think we'll have a couple of people watching it at our place tomorrow.
In life you only get one lap, might as well make it a good one.

    Thanks for the reminder, Bert.

Liking the anniversary livery on the factory Yamaha this weekend. Looks tidy.

How much of an emerging trainwreck is this Ducati Factory team?
If a rider with the credentials of Valentino cannot do better than the unlucky # on this brand new bike what is it all coming to?
Valentino cannot blame CS for this latest debacle as well, surely!

Steady on, that's the tallest compliment I've ever paid to anything Yamaha related in my life.

    It's all baby steps.

Hmmm. Strange days indeed for Ducati. It's not just Vale that's in a corner - I'm thinking even more about JB. He looks stressed. Surely the genius can't have gone from both?

Most interesting comment of the session - the top two SuperSimo & Spies are the top two rookies from last year

Karel Abraham looks to be doing fine, on last years bike
In the press conference Rossi said the GP11's performance was down to Casey Stoner, so by default the GP11.1 has to be Rossi's baby.

Biggest load of Hogwash blaming a rider, who has left because of the lack of development on the Ducati's, for him not able to do well.

    Famous saying when the "superteam assembled around Valentino", walked into the garage of Ducati;
"We will fix the bike within 24 hours" Ohh dear Jeremy!

If Ducati can't sort out their chassis/handling issues, what chance do they have of being a frontrunner when the 990's come back next season?

This is seriously an R&D year for them, get the rest of the package sorted and hopefully nest seasons "big' engine will just bolt right on in there. I'd hate to see VR bow out of MotoGP without at least getting back to the pointy end first.

All said and done, GO STONAAHHHH!

Agreed Ozboy. I'd really like to see Rossi take another championship before bowing out. It's all gone a bit flat without his antics (lucky simoncelli is there to provide entertainment!)
No amount of genius can overcome a preoccupation to detail.

Perhaps you all best head to the spoiler thread.

You'll be posting result in here before you know it and then Desmo will be blowing up...

    Don't want that do we?
