'06/'07 R6 front stand
For those that race late model R6's...What diameter is the pin in your headlifting front stand if you use that type??
Mine specifically, is a "KANEG" front headlifting stand with interchangeable pins, of which the spares i seem to have misplaced at the moment ..
so what diameter is it so i can lathe down the one i do have.....
cheers
thanks in advance
Justin

Sharp Racing recommend a 16mm pin size.... Thats what I'm using, and it fits well......

My -08 uses 17mm and I've got the Kaneg front - My spares are 13mm, 15mm, 16.5mm and 18mm - If yours is smaller (prob the 16.5?) you can have my spare.

Don't close yet, I might aswell hijack the thread.
I bought a second hand stand and got a replacement pin to sort my gixer600, now the stand doesnt' lift the front wheel off the ground far enough to get tyrewarmers in. Does anyone ever had that problem before? I was thinking of spacing the pin up higher with some washers or something
