Yup I'm doing the Advanced Rider 4th April
Well yeah, I had a bit of trouble on the corners, the bike kept fishtailing. Andrea took the bike around the track said it was the wind/and wax on the tyres. Thought Id give it one more go- then do the tuning sessions each month till the ladies day in august.

i'll be there too. looking forward to learning some more. it's my first tuning session. enjoyed the advanced ride day so this should be good!

But you have to do the ARD BEFORE you do their tuning sessions
Why do they charge so much more for there's then what elite mc training does
hmm dont know sparks. hopefully someone that has done both can answer....im doing ard next weekend.
actually just sold another place as i had bought a place for someone else as well...silly me
I did Elites course. They do low speed skills/ and other basic riding skills, as do ARD. They teach similar theory.
To me, the difference is- ARD have a couple of extra skill they teach on their track - ie: emergency stops on corners (with the safety of being on their track). The other diff that is WAY fun, is the having a little blat around on a track with some pretty "hairy" corners (for me anyway!) Its a nice basic intro to a track.

Elite ends with an awesome ride around the hills/gooseberry hill etc.
