Given the probable weather conditions - what is a good choice of tyre? I have pirelli slicks fitted at the moment and guess that they are not good for my health in the wet
Still a bit early to predict the weather... but something with a tread pattern would be advisable if its wet.

MCRCWA did have some wets left a while ago,bought a set and as much as Turbo likes rain it hasnt rained hard enough to use them

To be honest with you Hoddo im not a very big fan of rain, im comfortable in the rain at all. I ride to work every day and when its wet its just crazy its hard to get a feel for the road and the bike is sliping about just not fun at all.
If it rains maybe it will be good for me, I can ask the right questions and maybe get more comfortable with it.
Just dont bin your shit, if you do preferably on the left side as i want your exhaust

Will I be ok with my leather jacket and kevlar jeans? (I do not have leather pants) I only ask as the dress code says you need raceing leathers.
Not 100% sure but I think champions require full leathers. Trakdays do let you get away with Kevlar jeans in level 1.
Pretty sure champions do hire of leathers. Otherwise The Motorcycle Pitstop in North Perth do hire leathers.
