Only three weeks to go. Saturday practice from 10.00am. Racing Sunday.
So how many "Moderns" are turning up for the ride?

Well, not to put too fine a point on it I<3 but we have received entries from only FOUR motards for this weekend. Could I remind you that not only did your club approach HCMC to run your title rounds at Collie, but that entries close THIS THURSDAY the 28th, so it might be timely to ring around your race buddies and knock up a field for your events.
Other classes have also been slow on the uptake, so be advised if you wish to race on the 6/7 August, sort your entries out by Thursday and get them in to Carrie.

Think I might skip this none then.
I'll be in for Geraldton. Should see some more track time too

Relaxing night at the Ridge and then off to the track in the morning. Do a bit of practice and have a beer and track walk at the end of the day. Dinner that night at the Federal, Chinese or some other salubrious Collie eating venue. Race day Sunday and hopefully finish the day healthy with the bike running and in good nick and drive back to Perth feeling good.

Real club racing then Scott. Sounds like a plan...
Yep ... club racing is fun ... just got to convince a few of the other old racers out there to come and join in. I reckon we'll get two or three more regulars next year. My mate from work is saddling up for his first race at Round 7 in Collie. I think he'll enjoy it and front up next year.

How much do you need to mod a bike as I was thinking about getting my CB400F sorted so I could race it around the track. Only have my phone so can't check the website
Was heading down to this as I was going to a mates property in Nogerup that weekend so am going to be there racing or not

Couple of questions:
Will there be timekeeping this round?
How many laps will qualifying be?
How many laps will racing be?
Hmmm. Thinking I might try and make it down.. Guess I have about 2 days to decide if I send and entry or not...
Would like to practice my braking again and collie seems to get the confidence up.
season 2012 is coming.....
Just messaged the bro from the living room to his bedroom... The response? 'tempting'

Info on what to do to go racing is here. The Rule 20 people could help with more specifics on that era, but i thing requirements are the same.
Want to go racing? How to guide.
I will be at Collie.
Scott - looks like the Ranga is a non starter due to a sore pinkie.
rule 20 = any bike 20 years old that does not fit into MA ratified classes, so as at today anything from 010183 to 311291.
this is a HCMCWA class (only) aimed at getting those bikes floating between P5 and moderns on the track.
cuppla quickies are Hynesys and Thommos GSXR750's and Jasons FZR thou.
have fun at Collie folks.
Free bump!
Come on people... Get that entry in today. Use some 2nd Hand tires. You could probably get away with racing for under $250!
season 2012 is coming.....
$250 bucks thats awesome for 2 days riding but surely one of the old school historic racers would drink that the night before a event and still put it on pole ay ay .................
