Would anybody be interested in a group buy for some tyre warmers? “DIAMOND TYRE WARMERS”

I found this company in the UK that has the following special offer available:

“Special Offer buy 3 sets and get a fourth set FREE, Yes if you buy 3 sets, total price £450, you'll get the fourth set free, and can have any combination of sizes you wish, and even better news for you guys who live outside the EU, you will get a further reduction of 17.5% as you are exempt from our V.A.T. Worldwide delivery by airfreight is usually 4 to 5 days, even as far as Australia and New Zealand.
    SIZES:
    125GP
    250GP/400 production
    Superbike/ Supersport/Superstock
Ducati with exhaust heat guard (extra £20)”

Professional tyre heaters developed with the help of of the worlds top tyre
technicians. Our tyre heaters are thermostatically controlled to get the exact
heat required into your rubber (95C), for maximum grip from the word go.
The outer covers are fully insulated and waterproofed to avoid unnecessary
heat loss. The power feed flex has a bright L.E.D. light that reassures you
the power is on. 240volts 1200watts, that's twice the power of other makes
on the market, these are the real deal.

I have sent an email of enquiring about this deal and I’m just waiting to hear what the final price will be after the tax reduction and postage.

As it stands at the moment it looks like it will cost around $250 per person per set. But I will confirm this ASAP.

If anybody knows much about this brand please post!

    Here is their website: www.diasec.co.uk

I was looking at these and was considering buying a set on Auction. Count me in if you can find two others.

I could really use them this weekend but will be really happy if we could get 'em in by 31 Dec.

They sounds a like a pretty good item if Foggy Petronas use them...we all know how good that mob is in WSBK!

You will have to swap the plugs for aussie ones but they run on 240V so should be no hassles there.

Ok kids I got the following email back this morning:

    Hi David
All sizes of tyre warmers are currently in stock. please see listed below pricing:

buy 3 sets get 4th set free £450.00
    less 17.5% v.a.t. 67.02-
    -------------
    £382.98
    delivery for 4 sets £100.00
    ------------
    £482.98
    =======

    Delivery is approx 4-5 days.

    Regards
    Kim

Currency today stands at 1 Pound = 2.33 Dollars

That works out to about $281.50 each.

If you are happy with this price please confirm via post or pm today. I would like to order these by the latest Tuesday next week.

If we can do a collection of the money on Sunday at the track that would be awesome.

If there are anymore of you guys that would like to be in on the deal, i'm sure that it will be cool as I don't think the price can go up any higher than what it is. It seems they charge a flat rate of 25pounds per set for delivery so Erion Dave it looks like it would be fine to split the sets for delivery, we'll just have to organise payment via direct debit if thats ok give me a pm.

I'll shoot off an email right now to see if we can get it any cheaper for more sets, I won't get an email back till monday morning so i'll let you know then.

So please confirm guys and start getting the money any way you can
