gsxr 600 gearing and all 600 gearing ???

gears are easy, down to 3rd, 4th, 3rd, 4-5-6th, 3rd, 4-5th and past the start line to do it again.

Come on Pottz. You know I can remember one thing at a time and that's only cos the phone has a reminders list!!!

Better give an update for those that contributed.

All smiles upon checking the post box this morning when I found my new chain and sprockets.

So far have fitted the sprockets and will be doing the chain later today ( Thanx Pottz for your help with that!!! ). Chain would have been fine going from stock to -1 +2 but since I ordered 520 sprockets and chain I'll be changing the 525 thats on it anyway. I do realise it is possible to run the 525 on 520's but I'd prefer not to.

The Renthal sprockets are a work of art. The front would be about 2/3's the weight of stock and I reckon the rear is about half the weight of the stock one.

I guess this leaves me with one less excuse for being slow on April fools day!!!

cant wait to check it out, sorry I couldn't help with the whole thing, made plans this morning not knowing it would turn up, get there when I can with the chain tool and sort it out this afternoon.

Edit: and yep should have heaps more pickup out of the corners now! whether its enough to make you faster were yet to see
