Yeh, i raced for the first time last weekend with the historics. Im new to all this and want all the practice i can get.

Then do the tuning sessons: $80 Vs $170 (or whatever the fee is)....you got a race licence, you get the cheapest track fees now :-)

ooh, and whats your race #......my first race was historics too....booking for 10th july if I can lose my shift :-) fingers crossed!

whats the pace like in group 1 ....apparently if you have been with them b4 you have to do group 1 first.....but is there group one similar to group 1 at trackdayz pace? i aint done a racecraft in 3 years but mate contemplated it but the group 1 thingy is a bit concerning

I have never done racecraft before but group 1 is the begining group. You have to start there. I imagine the pace will be slow to moderate except for the guys that are already good but have to do the group1 before they can move onto group 2. I am in the slow section.

Hey Monty, Group 1 in TD or RC is sweet. I took my lil 250 ninja up and for months rode upright...still struggle with body position. No one was slower than me!

Theres track etiquette and pretty much the riders follow it otherwise...."see ya" and if you aint done a trackday in 3 years...welcome back :-)

If you have been doing Trakdayz group 3 you will be fine in race craft group3, still heaps of spots available, weather is clearing by the looks of it to.

There are now licensed groups in addition to racecraft groups for any solos interested.

heya holidays, I'm heading up there on Sat as well for group 1. I usually ride up but if u have a spot on the trailer maybe we can meet costs. I live in maylands. DO you think there would be a spot for my girlfriend in the car just as a spectator? She's bringing the camera for extra shots.

I have only been to spectate once a few weeks ago......... level 1 pace was much faster than trackdayz level 1 but that could have just been the group on the day. Looked fun!
