Tried coaching once before.... It's not for me.

Plus, try doing 15 minutes on track, 15 off, 15 minutes on, 15 off, all day, as you coach g2, rest g3, ride g4, rest g1... Repeat.

Always happy to help with questions, or anything I may happen to see, in pits, or watching from the sidelines.

1) if the date is confirmed yet
2) if the track surface will be clean and safe
3) if the existing saftey barriers, and any new ones required for the pit facility will be finished.

No guarantee that it will be open on 1st, but we are hopefull and going
ahead with our plans. Otherwise you could always come down to collie on the
31st March (the Saturday). *MA Track licence will not be reissued if it is
not up to safety requirements and as usual we would do our best to ensure
the track is clean *

I hate to be the pessimist, but I doubt we will be on track at all during April.

I have been out there over the last week moving the tyres in the basin and carting in sand. Gave me the chance to have a good look around. Will be there on and off for the next couple of months also. I gotta say, there is a lot of work to do between now and April but have been assured that we will be on track for April. And that has come from three different people who I won't name but know the project more than anyone. I also have everything crossed so we will be riding again in April although I am quietly confident they can pull it off.
Good to see that their deadline is April and not just the v8's early may

How dirty is the track?

Not dust, but ground into the bitumen type dirty...

Clean as. The only place vehicles are allowed to drive is the temporary road over the straight at the southern pit entry into the midfield. So might be a little grubby there once they remove it. Otherwise fine.

I hate to be the pessimist, but I doubt we will be on track at all during April.

At the meeting on Weds: Paul the Pres was along the same lines.....
In my own little head, SEE YOU ALL AT TUNING ON APRIL FOOLS =)
