Hi Guys,
this Sunday December 12, is the last chance for this year to get some track time happening, with what seems to be a rather long dryspell, there won't be any pratice, as far as I know at the moment, until at least Febuary. I know it's a long time and I'm not happy about it either.
It all happens this Sunday at Wanneroo Kartway, it will be a relaxed atmosphere as usual with a few snags on the barbie. Basically to wrap up the year and reflect on the Nationals last weekend.....and of course, do some riding in between :-)

I just received a SMS from Supermoto WA saying:

Sorry, but this weekends Supermoto day at Wanneroo is cancelled. We are still finishing up the Nationals and cannot commit the time to this event.

Sorry to inform everyone that the event this weekend at Wanneroo is cancelled, there are a numer of injuries amongst riders and all of the people involved in organising the Nationals are pretty much exhausted. We still have alot of work to do in paying bills, track clean up, returning hire gear etc. If there is anyone else who wants to step up and take over the practice weekend, they are welcome as the track booking has not yet been cancelled.

To run this under our present agreement with the Kart Club, the permit will have to be filed under Supermoto WA.
At present it would require 2x level 2 attendees from the club, at this point we are still wrapping up the nationals and there is not anyone who will commit.

So unfortunitly I would say it is not going to happen, there is only a couple of officials in the club so it allways falls on the same people.

But!, we will be having a get together next week at the Royal Hotel in East Perth. Text will be sent out soon.
