yeh just tell them you have riden on other tracks However it is highly recommended to do group 1 as you will learn the track and also the instructors can point out where you are going wrong. Thats just my 10 cents

    Heh - thanks Col

chidding: your sorta decent riding skills will be even better after a stage one course. Not to be sniffed at. The content is great and no matter how long you've been riding, you'll learn stacks.

Stage one books out really fast and the next available course is on May 11th in Collie. Should I say it again?!! COLLIE ROCKS!! Come down overnight, camp, cook breakie in the morning... alright.. so don't get me started ok. Next stage one after that is June 1st - but places are going fast.

If you're in half a mind to come on the 13th - make up your mind and book a spot. Its awesome riding the track at that time of day. Two things freak me out - the temperature getting cooler instead of hotter.. and the shadows in turn one make me want to race myself!

We have two courses in the next two months - its more a matter of them being booked out!! Just book in early.

The rain craps me off too - but talk with anyone who's done a track day in the rain and they'll tell you their confidence skyrockets. I remember talking with Dingo after he did one of his first days in the rain and he was glad it had rained!! And it didn't just rain that day, it bucketed down! It makes you realise exactly what you can do in the wet.

Yep, the rain is fun. You would be unlikely not to get a dry session anyway.

Wet road riding has the joy or oil, sand, painted lines and unpredictable surfaces. The track is predictable (except for the grid lines at turn 7) and your confidence builds.

Marty knows how much we like a wet track and always puts the sprinklers on before we go out in the first session anyway. Thanks Marty!
