A friend at work emailed a sponsorship proposal that he'd received from Rick Gill. Rick is campaigning an XR8 ute in the Australian V8 Ute Series under the banner of Rick Gill Racing/Hi-Tech Motorsport.

Rick is looking for sponsor dollars.

Actually, while Rick can be grumpy sometimes, there are plenty of people who have good things to say about him. I find him to be knowledgeable and helpful, except on the days he has a flea up his arse.

He has also put many hours into MCRC, is still a patron and an advocate of safety improvements. He is now putting time into the running of the car club.

Obviously he still loves racing - good luck to him.

+1 Never had any dramas when I used to go to RG's years ago and have gone back there twice in the last few weeks and he has been fine with me Certainly better than the useless lying cunts at another Honda Shop
